Summary of Material Modifications Distribution

On January 1, 2008 terms and provisions in several of our health plans were updated. These changes impact the PrinChoice Comprehensive, PrinChoice PPO and High Deductible Health Plans. Plan participants should be notified of these changes through the Summary of Material Modifications.
